Teacher-to-be Response

This afternoon I read a blog from a fifth grade student. His assignment was to give advice to a teacher-to-be. Every sentence kept a grin on my face. His advice included: be nice, but not too nice, give a 20 minute reccess, make learning fun, and have fun with your students. It was nice to see what an actual elementary student finds to be key characteristics of a good teacher.
